I spent years watching friends and colleagues in leadership roles burn out. For instance, they had the titles, the success, the constant motion — but no margin. I realized that many of them didn’t need another conference, app, or productivity tool. What they needed was space. Space to breathe, think, and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with themselves. That’s where Summit & Stream Adventures began.

What Obstacles have we faced?
When we built Summit and Stream, it was difficult to find people that were willing to give up their phones for the entirety of the trips. But once people started doing it, it became a sought after element of what we do. We stuck to our beliefs and it paid off!
What’s Next?
We have amazing pilot programs being built that will guide fishing as well as camping in Smoky Mountain National Park. This will be the first of it’s kind in this area. A joint venture of fishing and camping. It is all built around friendship, connection, and nature.
Why we are Going There
We’re currently expanding our leadership retreat series, partnering with executive coaches and outdoor professionals to create immersive, off-grid programs that blend adventure, relaxation, and personal growth.
